3. Submit an undertaking to CSPDCL and CSPTCL accepting the above conditions.
4. **Technical feasibility report** for the 33 kV RIC feeder submitted.

#### **CSPTCL’s Conditions:**
1. Similar to CSPDCL – install ABT meter with AMR/RTU.
2. Accept **no claims** for feeder outages and agree to load restrictions.
3. Submit undertaking to both respondents.
4. Transmission from injection (132 kV Saja) to drawal (132/33 kV Birgaon) is **technically feasible**.
