IndiGrid to Expand Green Energy Portfolio with ₹21 Billion ReNew Asset Acquisition – EQ

To fund this acquisition and support other initiatives, IndiGrid will raise ₹4,200 crore through AAA-rated non-convertible debentures. These funds will also help in refinancing existing debt and supporting its overall financial stability.
