Correction in the percentage allocation of **distribution network costs** between **HT (High Tension)** and **LT (Low Tension)** consumers for **Mangalore Special Economic Zone (MSEZ)**.

### Key Regulatory Clarification

* The Commission had approved **distribution network cost allocation** as:

* **95% for HT network**
* **5% for LT network**

* While calculations in the tariff order were done correctly, a **typographical error** appeared in the table at **Page 62**, Column 2 (“Particulars”).

### Error Identified

* Incorrectly mentioned allocation:

* **HT: 30%**
* **LT: 70%**

* This was inconsistent with the Commission’s approved methodology.

### Corrected Allocation

* The table shall be **read and interpreted as**:

* **HT Network: 95%**
* **LT Network: 5%**

### Effective Date

* Corrigendum issued on **09 December 2025**
* Correction forms an **integral part of the Tariff Order dated 27 March 2025**
