### **2. Work Description**
**Name of Work:**
Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) of High Mast Lighting Systems at Various Locations under MCL
**Scope:**
* Preventive and breakdown maintenance of high mast lighting systems
* Supply, replacement, and installation of defective parts/components
* Ensuring continuous illumination and operational safety
* Work to be executed at specified mines and colonies under MCL jurisdiction

### **3. Eligibility / Prequalification Criteria**
* **Work Experience:**
* One similar completed work of at least 65% of the estimated cost in the last 7 years, OR
* Two similar works each of at least 50% of the estimated cost, OR
* Three similar works each of at least 40% of the estimated cost
* **Financial Turnover:** Minimum average annual turnover of 30% of the estimated cost during last 3 financial years
* **Other:** GST registration, PAN, valid electrical license, and statutory compliance certificates

### **6. Evaluation & Award**
* Technical bid evaluation based on eligibility and compliance with specifications
* Price bid of only technically qualified bidders will be opened
* Contract awarded to L1 bidder based on lowest total evaluated price
* MCL reserves right to split order, cancel tender, or reject bids without assigning reasons

### **7. Important Clauses**
* Contractor responsible for safety of personnel and equipment during maintenance
* Penalties for downtime beyond permissible limits
* Replacement parts must be as per OEM specifications
* Mobilization within 7 days from work order date
* Performance security deposit: 3% of contract value

### **8. General Instructions**
* All clarifications to be sought through the e-procurement portal only
* Site visit recommended before bid submission
* Bidders must quote inclusive of all taxes except GST (to be mentioned separately)
* No claim for price escalation during contract period
