– **For MES Enlisted Contractors**: Class ‘D’ or above.
– **For Non-Enlisted Contractors**:
– Must meet Class ‘D’ enlistment criteria (annual turnover, fixed assets, solvency, etc.).
– Must have an **MOU with an MNRE-approved channel partner** (category ‘A’ rating) for technical support.
– Channel partner must have relevant experience in solar power plant installation in Govt/PSU in the last 7 years.

### **4. Earnest Money & Performance Security**
– **Earnest Money**: ₹78,700 (Deposit at call receipt in favour of GE (I)(CG) Bhubaneswar).
– **Performance Security**: 5% of contract sum (to be submitted within 28 days of acceptance).

### **5. Submission Process**
– **Technical Bid (Cover-1)** and **Financial Bid (Cover-2)** to be uploaded on the e-tendering portal.
– **Hard copies** of DD, application, and other documents must be submitted within 5 days of bid submission end date.
– Non-submission of hard copies may lead to disqualification or ban from bidding for 6 months.

– No subletting of work (except to family members or firm employees).
