– Provide experience certificates of solar projects completed in last 7 years.
5. **Financial Requirements:**
– **Earnest Money Deposit (EMD):** ₹80,000 (via Deposit at Call Receipt).
– **Tender Document Cost:** ₹500 (via DD/Banker’s Cheque).
– **Performance Security:** 5% of contract value within 28 days of acceptance.
6. **Key Contract Conditions:**
– **Item Rate Contract** based on IAFW-1779A & GCC (IAFW-2249).
– **Defects Liability Period:** 24 months post-handover.
– **No subletting** allowed except to family members/firm employees.
– **Hybrid submission:** Online bid + physical copies of DD/EMD within 5 days of bid closure.
