## 🧩 **Project Scope**
### **1. For SITC Work (Section II & III, p.4–6, p.10):**
* Install 1000 kW DC / 811 kW AC on-grid solar system.
* Use **TATA make** solar panels and inverters only.
* Integration with existing grid and utility network (MSEDCL & MEDA).
* Site preparation, civil foundation, cable works, earthing, and protection systems.
* System to include:
* **610 Wp x 1640 solar panels**
* **8 inverters of 100 kW each**
* **ACDB, ACB, MCCB panels**, and related accessories.
* Completion period: **6 months** from order.
* **Warranty:**
* 5 years on-site for system
* 10 years for module defects
* 25 years performance warranty for solar modules.
### **2. Servicing & Maintenance (p.6–8):**
* Cleaning and maintenance of 811 kW installed system for **5 years**.
* Maintain logbooks, voltage/current readings, and inspection reports.
* Cleaning with non-corrosive agents (no NaCl/NaOH or wire brushes).
* Maximum of 100 panels per person per day.
* Grass trimming, debris removal, and pest control.
* Fault rectification within **24 hours** of detection.

## 🧮 **Eligibility Criteria**
* Average annual turnover (last 3 years): **≥ 50% of estimated cost**.
* Prior experience:
* For SITC: At least one solar project of **₹2.5 crore or more** in last 5 years.
* For Maintenance: One project of **₹2 lakh or more** in last 2 years.
* Must be registered with **PF Authority** and comply with EPF & MP Act 1952.
* Must ensure full **insurance and safety compliance** for workforce.
* Legal jurisdiction: **Wardha Court**.
