## ⚡ Scope of Work
Applicants are expected to:
* Evaluate site & study energy demand of GNI.
* Prepare **Detailed Project Report (DPR)**.
* Prepare technical specifications.
* Execute **EPC** of solar PV (ground + floating) with BESS.
* Lay **transmission network** to existing substations.
* Obtain all statutory clearances.
* Provide past project experience (solar, BESS, floating solar).
* Suggest technologies, cost optimization, storage options, and O\&M plans.

* Both technical and financial strength documents needed.
