– **Distribution Companies (DISCOMs):** Operating within Uttar Pradesh.
– **Power Aggregators/Traders:** Entities authorized to undertake power trading/aggregation, capable of aggregating demand to meet a minimum of 5 MW.
– **Legal Status:** Must be a legally registered entity competent to enter into a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA)/Power Sale Agreement.
– **Compliance:** Must not be disqualified or blacklisted by any Central/State Government entity.
