### 🔹 **Scope of Work**
The project covers:
* Design, engineering, supply, civil construction, erection, testing, and commissioning of a **500 kW ground-mounted solar PV system** at **IIM Udaipur**.
* Installation to be on a **shadow-free land area** (as specified in Annexure A1, Section VI).
* Includes interconnection with the grid/electrical loads and obtaining required approvals from **DISCOM/TRANSCO/CEIG**.
* Operation & Maintenance (O&M) services for a specified duration post commissioning.
* **Site survey is mandatory**; bidders must submit a signed undertaking confirming the site visit (Attachment-2A).

### 🔹 **Eligibility Criteria**
* Only **NVVN-enlisted eligible bidders** may participate.
* Must have a **Class-3 Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)** to submit bids.
* Only **‘Class-I’ and ‘Class-II’ local suppliers** (as per DPIIT’s *Public Procurement Preference to Make in India Order 2017*) are eligible.
* Bidders from countries sharing a **land border with India** can participate only if **registered with the competent authority**.
* Applies to direct bidders or those with technology transfer (ToT) ties with such entities.

* **External Commercial Borrowings**,
* **Domestic Commercial Borrowings**, or
* **NVVN’s own sources**.
