#### Project Scope Summary
The selected bidder will be responsible for a comprehensive scope of work, which includes:
1. **Development & Installation:**
– Conducting a preliminary visual assessment of roofs at FTII premises to determine the optimal capacity and shadow-free areas for solar panel installation.
– Performing detailed engineering and creating approved designs for each building.
– Supplying, erecting, and installing the complete Solar Photo Voltaic (PV) system to achieve a final capacity of approximately 400 kW.
– Ensuring all necessary water and electricity arrangements are made.
2. **Operation & Maintenance (O&M):**
– Taking exclusive responsibility for the operation and maintenance of the solar PV plants for a specified period (details to be found in the annexure of the full document).
#### Key Administrative & Submission Details
– **Submission:** Bids must be submitted **exclusively online** via the GePNIC portal. Hard copies will not be accepted.
– **Digital Signature:** A Class-3 Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) is mandatory for all bidders to participate in the e-tendering process.
– **Queries:** No queries from bidders will be entertained after the deadline specified in the NIT (Notice Inviting Tender) on the GePNIC portal.
– **Schedule:** All critical dates (bid start, bid end, bid opening) are to be followed as per the NIT published on the GePNIC portal. Bidders are advised to check the portal regularly for updates.
