### **Commission’s Directions (21 January 2026)**
#### **A. For PGCIL (Petitioner)**
1. **File an affidavit** within **six weeks** detailing the latest developments on:

– Upgradation of 400 kV bays at Rourkela Substation.
– Provide an advance copy to all respondents.
2. **Submit the following within two weeks** (on affidavit):
– **Basis for estimated Additional Capital Expenditure (ACE)** for the 2024–29 period.
– **Revised tariff forms** incorporating ACE due to reconductoring works.
– **Item-wise and year-wise details** of ACE and de-capitalization claimed for 2024–29 in tabular format.
#### **B. For Respondents**
1. **Notices** will be issued to all respondents.
2. **File replies** within **two weeks** after PGCIL files its affidavit.
3. PGCIL may file a **rejoinder** within **two weeks** after receiving the replies.
