* All petitions seek:

* **Truing-up of tariff for 2019–24**, and
* **Determination of tariff for 2024–29**.
* Filed under Section 62 read with Section 79(1)(d) of EA 2003 and CERC Tariff Regulations (2019 & 2024).

* **Respondents:** None appeared despite notice.

### **4. Commission’s Directions**

1. **To Respondents:**

* Issue notice again.
* File replies within **2 weeks** (copy to Petitioner).
* Petitioner may file rejoinder within **1 week** thereafter.
2. **Specific to 58/TT/2025:**

* PGCIL must justify **Additional Capital Expenditure (ACE) of ₹83.04 lakh** claimed **beyond cut-off date** under Regulation 24(1)(a) of 2019 Tariff Regulations.
