PRE-BID MEETING: REQUEST FOR SELECTION (RfS) DOCUMENT FOR SUPPLY OF 1000 MW OF ROUND-THE-CLOCK THERMAL MIMIC (RTC-TM) POWER FROM ISTS-CONNECTED RENEWABLE ENERGY (RE) POWER PROJECTS IN INDIA, UNDER TARIFF-BASED COMPETITIVE BIDDING (SECI-RTC-TM-V)
This is in reference to the RfS No. SECI/C&P/IPP/13/0020/25-26 dated 10.03.2026 regarding the RfS for “Selection of RE Power Developers for Supply of 1000 MW of Round-the-Clock Thermal Mimic (RTC-TM) Power from ISTS-connected Renewable Energy (RE) Power Projects in India, under Tariff-based Competitive Bidding (SECI-RTC-TM-V)” issued by SECI.
Pre-bid meeting for the RfS has been scheduled as per following details:
Date & Time: 19.03.2026 at 11:00 AM (IST).
Mode of meeting: Hybrid mode (Online-Offline mode)
