Premier Energies and Nuevosol Energy Announce a Joint Venture for manufacturing Aluminium Frames for Solar Modules – EQ
Premier Energies Limited, an integrated solar cell and module manufacturer, has entered into a joint venture with Hyderabad-based Nuevosol Energy Pvt. Ltd, a leading manufacturer of solar PV mounting structures. The JV aims to manufacture aluminium-based solar module frames and value-added components critical to solar modules. Under the agreement, Premier Energies will hold a majority stake in this strategic partnership.
The joint venture will set up a 36,000 MT/year aluminium extrusion and anodizing facility in Seetharampuram, Telangana, to support Premier Energies’ solar manufacturing operations and is expected to begin commercial operations in FY 2027.
