### **Financial Details**
* **Earnest Money Deposit (EMD):** ₹ 1,40,000 (Refundable)
* **Performance Guarantee:** 5 % of contract value (refundable on completion)
* **Retention Money:** 10 % of payments (refundable after 12 months)
* **Bid Validity:** 120 days from technical bid opening
* **Liquidated Damages:** 1 % per week of delay (max 10 %)

### **Eligibility Criteria**
* MNRE/SECI-registered vendor with an office in Delhi NCR.
* Minimum **5 years’ experience** in grid-connected rooftop solar projects (Govt/PSU/Commercial).
* Minimum **annual turnover ₹ 21 lakh** for the last three financial years (FY 2021-22 to 2023-24).
* Completed similar works in the past 5 years:
* 3 projects ≥ ₹ 28 lakh each, or
* 2 projects ≥ ₹ 42 lakh each, or
* 1 project ≥ ₹ 56 lakh.
(At least one project in Delhi NCR.)
* Valid electrical “A” license and GST/Income-Tax registration.

### **Scope of Work**
* Complete EPC services for 185 kW solar PV system: design, procurement, installation, testing, grid synchronization, and commissioning.
* Obtain all permits/NOCs and integrate with local utility (e.g., BSES).
* Provide 5-year comprehensive operation and maintenance (O&M) including preventive checks and component replacements.
* Ensure system repair or restoration within 2 days of any malfunction.
* Maintain required performance and energy generation standards as per MNRE guidelines.
