* **PID (Potential Induced Degradation):** “PID-free as claimed by manufacturer” disclaimer repeated.
* **Deemed eligibility clause:** Manufacturers already in **ALMM List-I (Modules)** are automatically deemed eligible for List-II (Cells), per OM dated 09.12.2024.
