## **Eligibility Criteria**
### **Technical**
* Bidder should have commissioned **minimum 40 MW solar power capacity** (cumulative) in the last 7 years.
* Alternatively, bidder can use affiliate/group company experience.
### **Financial**
* **Net Worth:** Minimum ₹92.6 crore per 100 MW (as of FY 2024-25).
* **Annual Turnover:** At least ₹46.3 crore per 100 MW (last FY).
* **Internal Resource/Bank Credit:** Minimum ₹11.6 crore per 100 MW.
* Bidders must be profit-making in at least **2 of last 3 years**.

## **Special Conditions**
* **Foreign Bidders:** Allowed to participate (subject to security clearance).
* **Land & Connectivity:** Developer’s responsibility to secure land and ISTS connectivity.
* **Penalty Clause:** Delay in commissioning attracts liquidated damages (max 20% of PBG).
* **Change in Law:** Covered under PPA terms (including GST, duties, etc.).
