* **Handle all approvals**, including net metering arrangements with the local DISCOM.
* **Provide comprehensive Operation & Maintenance (O&M)** for the entire PPA duration.
#### **5. Important Conditions**
* **Site Responsibility:** The bidder is deemed to have visited the sites, understood the scope, and accounted for all conditions in their price. No claims will be entertained later.
