* **Eastern States**: Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Odisha, West Bengal – **1555 kW cumulative**
* **Mode**: **RESCO/PPA** through tariff-based competitive bidding.

### 📌 Eligibility Criteria
1. **For SJVN Empaneled Vendors**
* Already empaneled under EOI No. *SJVN/RTS/2024-25/Rooftop Solar-1 (dated 18.07.2024)* are treated as **qualified for General & Technical eligibility**.
* Only **Financial Eligibility** will be evaluated.
* If empaneled for relaxed criteria states (HP, J\&K, NE states, islands etc.), they must meet **full eligibility** if bidding outside their empaneled states.
2. **For Non-Empaneled Vendors**
* Must be a registered **Company** (not LLP alone).
* Consortium/JV allowed (lead member must be a company).
* Technical eligibility: proven experience in **similar works** – commissioned grid-connected solar rooftop/ground/floating plants of certain capacity.
* At least one installation ≥ **100 kWp** with **6 months successful operation** before RfS date .
* Installations below **10 kWp** not counted .

### 📌 Bid Submission Deadline
* Bids must be submitted **online at ISN-ETS portal** + required **hard copies offline** .
* Exact **last date/time** is specified in the RfS/portal.
* **Late bids** (online/offline) will be rejected .
* SJVN may extend deadlines via addendum.

### 📌 Financial Requirement
* Empaneled vendors: only financial eligibility checked.
* For others: need to show audited financials (net worth, turnover etc. – details in Section IV of RfS).
