* Experience in Govt./PSU works with credentials in solar EPC.
* Same MoU requirement with rated solar firms unless rated themselves.
* Should not be blacklisted/suspended.
3. **Experience Requirement:**
* Completed and commissioned solar plants in Govt./PSU in the last 7 years:
* One work ≥ 40 kW (80%) OR
* Two works ≥ 25 kW (50%) OR
* Three works ≥ 20 kW (40%).
