India’s Biggest Chamber Laminators: A Game-Changer in Solar Module Production

This new facility is designed for high-speed, precision-driven production, which sets a benchmark in India’s solar module manufacturing landscape.
Equipped with the latest technology, the new line is tailored for mass production of N-Type, rectangular cell Tapi-R series modules ranging from 585 Wp to 625 Wp. This high-speed production line operates 30% faster than other production lines in India, ensuring greater output efficiency and reduced lead times.
The facility integrates Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) and is fully automated, significantly enhancing quality control while reducing manual intervention.
A standout feature of the new facility is India’s biggest chamber laminators, a pioneering innovation that significantly enhances module production. This cutting-edge technology enables higher module laminations in a single cycle, boosting efficiency while maintaining stringent quality standards.
The Tapi-R series, named after the Tapi River, a symbol of vitality in the region where Solex is headquartered—features N-Type TOPcon technology and a rectangular cell design that enhances power efficiency and reliability. With a182.2 x 210 mm cell size and 132 half-cut cells, the Tapi-R modules deliver up to 625 WP of power with an impressive 23.14% module efficiency. These modules are engineered for superior performance in challenging environments such as deserts and barren lands, boasting a bifacial rate of approximately 80% and an outstanding power temperature coefficient of -0.28%/°C.
Clients can now pre-book the Tapi-R series, gaining access to state-of-the-art solar technology backed by a 12-year product warranty and a 30-year linear performance guarantee with the lowest annual degradation.
Solex Energy Limited is investing to expand its manufacturing capabilities further as part of its Vision 2030 strategy.
