* Minimum work value in last 7 years:
* One project ≥ ₹24 Lakhs, OR
* Two projects ≥ ₹15 Lakhs each, OR
* Three projects ≥ ₹12 Lakhs each.
* **Financial turnover:** ≥ ₹9 Lakhs (average over last 3 years, up to FY 2024–25).
* **Submission Requirements:**
* Two-part bid:
* **Part I:** Tender Fee + EMD + Techno-commercial documents.
* **Part II:** Price bid.
* Documents: PAN, GST registration with GSTR-3B, PF/ESI registration, ITR (last 3 years), completion certificates, site organogram, no deviation certificate, etc.
* JV/Consortium not allowed.
* **Other Conditions:**
* Company reserves right to split work, reject bids, or foreclose contract.
* Standard GCC/SCC apply (labour laws, safety, materials, liability, completion certificate, defects liability, termination clauses, etc.).
* Payment terms and schedules as per Appendix III.
