### **Technical**

* 3 works each ≥ 40% of estimated cost (~₹2.77 Cr), OR
* 2 works each ≥ 50% (~₹3.46 Cr), OR
* 1 work ≥ 80% (~₹5.54 Cr).
* Must have commissioned at least **1 project ≥ 500 kWp** grid-connected solar PV plant.
### **Financial**
* **Average Annual Turnover (last 3 years):** ≥₹2.08 Cr.
* **Net Worth:** Positive net worth, with CA certification.
* **Profitability:** At least 1 year profit in last 3 years.

## **Special Conditions**
* EPC contractor responsible for **design, engineering, procurement, installation, and commissioning**.
* Must provide **comprehensive O&M for 5 years** post commissioning.
* Only Indian companies (no JV/foreign firms).
* Preference under **Public Procurement (Preference to Make in India) Order, 2017**.
* Firms debarred/blacklisted by Govt/PSUs not eligible.
