### **4. Financial Conditions**
– **EMD Amount:** ₹66,000 (1% of estimated cost) via **Demand Draft** in favour of *”Rudseti Central Secretariat, Ujire”* payable at Ujire.
– **EMD Exemption:** MSME/NSIC registered bidders can claim exemption with valid certificate.
– **Security Deposit:** As per clause 12 of General Conditions – comprises initial SD (2% of contract value) + retention money (deducted @8% from running bills).
– **Price Variation:** Not allowed – no IEEMA or other escalation clauses.
– **Payment Terms (Clause 30):**
– 70% on supply & delivery at site.
– 25% on installation, testing & commissioning.
– 5% at end of CAMC period (or against BG for warranty period).
– **GST:** Payable extra by RUDSETI. All other taxes/duties included in quoted price.

### **5. Submission Requirements (Two-Bid System – Sealed Envelopes)**
#### **A. Technical Bid (Separate sealed cover)**
Must include:
– Covering letter on letterhead (signed & stamped).
– Letter of Authorization / Power of Attorney.
– EMD (DD of ₹66,000) – in a separate sub-cover.
– All pages of tender document signed & stamped.
– Test certificates for modules (IEC 61215, 61730, etc.), inverters (IEC 61683, 62116, etc.), cables, switches, junction boxes (IP65).
– Profile of bidder, technical data sheet (filled).
– Proof of BESCOM registration & office in Karnataka.
– Minimum 5 years’ experience in SITC of grid-connected solar projects.
– Average annual turnover ₹2.5 Crores (last 3 years).
– Experience of similar completed works (with completion certificates).
#### **B. Price Bid (Separate sealed cover)**
– Contains schedule of quantities (Supply, installation, component-wise costs, CAMC for 4 years).
– Rates to be quoted **exclusive of GST** (GST extra as per invoice).
– **No corrections/overwriting** without attestation.
Both envelopes placed inside a **single larger sealed envelope**.
