## 🔧 **Technical Pre-Qualification Criteria (PQC)**
To qualify, bidders (either standalone or through MoU) must have successfully completed **roof-top solar power plants** for any government department or PSU in the last 7 years, meeting **one** of the following thresholds:
* **1 project ≥ 280 kW**, or
* **2 projects ≥ 175 kW each**, or
* **3 projects ≥ 140 kW each**.
