### Eligibility & Qualification Criteria

#### A. Technical Criteria (3.2.A)

**Either (i) WTG Manufacturer:**
– Bidder must be manufacturer of Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) models (minimum 750 kW capacity)
– Valid type certificate approval and RLMM listing by MNRE/NIWE required
– Offered WTG must have at least 1 year of successful operation

**Or (ii) EPC Experience:**
– Experience in EPC of wind power project with WTG of minimum 750 kW capacity

**Similar Work Experience (last 7 years from month of NIT publication):**
– One similar completed work of at least **6.3 MW** OR
– Two similar completed works of at least **3.9 MW** each OR
– Three similar completed works of at least **3.2 MW** each

*“Similar work” means Supply / EPC contract of Wind Power Project.*

#### B. Financial Criteria (3.2.B)
