Q. Can you outline your strategic priorities for 2026 and beyond – especially in terms of new product lines, geographical expansion, and diversification (e.g., energy storage or hybrid systems)?

“Today, INA Solar operates with a strong manufacturing foundation of 5.5 GW PV module capacity across three advanced AI enabled facilities in Jaipur. This scale gives us the confidence to plan the next phase of growth with clarity and ambition.”

“Looking ahead to 2026 and beyond, our strategic priority is to deepen vertical integration and technology leadership. We are progressing towards expanding our capacities to 7 GW of PV modules, 4.5 GW of solar cells, and 18,000 MTA of aluminum frames, which will strengthen supply-chain resilience and enhance cost competitiveness.”

“On the product side, we will continue advancing high-efficiency TOPCon and next-generation technologies including HJT inclusion possibilities, while developing solutions tailored for utility-scale, C&I and decentralized applications. Quality, reliability, and long-term performance will remain non-negotiable for us.”

“Geographically, while India remains our core market, we are preparing for a calibrated entry into select international markets across South Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, where demand for trusted Made-in-India solar manufacturing is accelerating.”

“At the same time, we are strategically evaluating adjacent clean-energy segments such as energy storage, hybrid solar systems, and integrated solutions. Our objective is not just capacity expansion, but building a future-ready energy company that supports India’s transition toward reliable, round the clock renewable power.”

Q. In a crowded solar tech landscape, what differentiates Insolation Energy’s business model from other domestic and international solar manufacturers?

“At the core, we leverage advanced AI and robotics-driven manufacturing to ensure precision, consistency, and high-performance output at scale. Our portfolio reflects this focus, with high-efficiency modules such as G12R (610Wp–635Wp) and M10R (560Wp–600Wp), catering to diverse application needs across both DCR and NDCR categories. This is further strengthened by our strong emphasis on backward integration, which enhances quality control, improves cost efficiency, and builds long-term supply chain resilience.”

“Equally important is our market reach and execution capability. With over 1000 + channel partners and a growing base of 40,000+ satisfied customers, we have built a robust ecosystem that keeps us closely connected to on-ground needs and enables reliable delivery across segments.”

“Our commitment to excellence is also reflected in the recognition we’ve received – being ranked No. 1 globally in financial stability by SINOVOLTAICS, featured among Fortune India’s Emerging 100 Star Companies (ranked 22) in the April 2026 issue, and being honored as one of the Most Trusted Brands of India 2026 – 27, reinforcing the credibility and confidence we’ve established across stakeholders.”

“Together, these strengths allow us to go beyond manufacturing and position INA Solar as a dependable, future-ready player in the solar energy space.”

Q. The PM-KUSUM scheme has generated new large-scale opportunities for solar developers. How is Insolation leveraging such schemes for growth?

“PM-KUSUM represents a pivotal shift towards decentralized solar adoption, especially in empowering rural India – and it strongly aligns with INA Solar’s broader vision of inclusive energy growth.”

“We have actively participated in this ecosystem by delivering large-scale on-ground execution across multiple regions, supporting feeder-level solarization and distributed power generation through EPC and IPP projects.”

“Our widespread presence and strong partner network allow us to effectively collaborate with developers and agencies across various components of the scheme, ensuring dependable execution even in challenging environments.”

“For us, PM-KUSUM is more than a business opportunity – it’s a platform to contribute to farmer empowerment, strengthen rural energy access, and support India’s long-term renewable energy ambitions.”

Q. How is the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana influencing residential solar adoption, and what role is INA Solar playing in this transformation?

“The PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana is playing a pivotal role in accelerating residential solar adoption by making rooftop systems more accessible and financially viable for households across India.”

INA Solar is actively contributing to this momentum, with a strong presence across Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Delhi NCR, South India, and the North -East, building a growing base of over 40,000 satisfied customers across these regions, along with strong network of over 1000 Channel Partners while continuing to expand pan-India.”

“As adoption continues to rise, we see ourselves playing a key role in enabling households to transition towards clean, reliable, and cost-effective energy – contributing meaningfully to India’s renewable energy journey.”
