Job Description
a. Should have worked in renewable energy preferably in Solar EPC
b. Should have handled multiple sites and site construction teams
c. Liasioning experience with EB and local Bodies
d. Experience in managing project budget within the project time lines
e. Project Planning using Microsoft project, S curve analysis
f. Resource planning for site
g. Ability to adopt faster execution techniques.
h. Ability to handle both HO and Site teams
i. Should have hands on experience of completing minimum 100MW of solar
j. Exposure to technical aspects of Solar panels, Inverters and 11KV/33KV/66KV/132KV and 220KV Bays and transmission lines
k. Must possess good communication skills
l. Ability to travel frequently to sites and ensuring adherence to SHE Norms.
m. Cost saving abilities
n. Optimisation of resources
o. Should have dealt with customer, consultants and Govt. bodies during the project stage.
p. Knowledge of Discom codes.
