### **1. Scope of Work**
* Design, engineering, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of **grid-connected rooftop solar PV systems** without battery storage.
* Operation & Maintenance for **25 years** under RESCO model.
* Work includes net-metering, evacuation arrangements, and compliance with DISCOM regulations.

### **2. Tendering & Financials**
* **Type:** Tariff-based competitive bidding (RESCO/PPA).
* **PPA Tenure:** 25 years with AAI as procurer.
* **Tariff:** To be discovered through bidding (levellised tariff over PPA term).
* **Bid Security/EMD:** As per tender (bank guarantee/DD required).
* **Performance Guarantee:** % of project cost/capacity to be furnished by selected bidder.

### **3. Eligibility Criteria**
* **Technical:**
* Prior experience in executing **grid-connected solar rooftop/ground-mounted/floating projects**.
* At least **one installation ≥100 kWp** with minimum 6 months successful operation.
* Installations below 10 kWp not counted.
* **Financial:**
* **Net Worth:** Positive net worth, with minimum requirement based on bid capacity.
* **Turnover:** Average annual turnover threshold linked to MW bid capacity.
* **Working Capital:** Demonstrated adequacy via audited financials.
* **JV/Consortium:** Allowed; lead member must be a company.

* **Documents:** Online submission of bids + physical copies of EMD, PBG, and supporting certificates.
