Bidders must meet **any one** of the following experience requirements from the last 15 years :

## Scope of Work
The selected bidder will be responsible for :
– **Land development** – Identification and preparation of project land
– **Design & Engineering** – Complete system design for solar + BESS integration
– **Supply & Procurement** – All solar modules, BESS components, inverters, mounting structures, cables
– **Civil & Electrical Works** – Complete installation and erection
– **Testing & Commissioning** – Grid integration and performance validation
– **Permits & Licenses** – All statutory approvals and insurance
– **Operation & Maintenance** – Comprehensive O&M for **15 years**
