We have an opening for Area Sales Manager
Job PurposeResponsible for managing the channel in the designated area and developing the business and the team.
Primary Job Responsibilities
Product introduction & launch in channel* Making & submitting business proposals to channel partners* Selection of relevant channel partners.* Responsible for sales of all product categories in assigned region* Support for Maintenance & updation of MIS* Provide full support for data management & back-end operations* Coordinate with commercial departments for meeting product delivery timelines of channel* Payment followup & collection* Implementation of all BTL activities* Reconciliation of accounts with the channel partners* Conflict resolution & partner management* Updating weekly & monthly reports* Interface with commercial / back-end sales teams for sales related matters / order processing.* Carry out any other duty assigned by the management from time to time* Responsible for monitoring sales support activities like submission of invoices / proposals / payment collection / C-Form collection* Collecting competitor information* Retention & increase of market share for assigned product category in each account* Handling capabilties of channel partner’s teams
Desired Candidate Profile:1) Candidate should be at least a graduate having minimum 2-3 years experience in Sales of Solar / Energy / Power products. 2) Candidate should have knowledge of Power Products Like:- UPSInvertorsBatteriesSolar Panels3) Excellent Communication Skills with regional language competency
