Job Description :
The Inside Sales Manager is a challenging and rewarding role which presents the opportunity to engage with all of 8Minutess customers on a daily basis. The Pre-Sales Manager is responsible for owning communications between 8Minutes and our customers.

This includes answering phone calls and/or responding to emails and explaining the solar installation process, designs, billing, monitoring system and interconnection procedures.

The Inside Sales Manager is also responsible for assisting customers with activating their solar system over the phone, as well as maintaining our relationship through the entire contract term. Being an Inside Sales Manager at 8Minutes presents the opportunity to work with all internal teams and stay current on exciting changes and announcements that affect our customers!

The Inside Sales Manager should have strong verbal communication, writing, follow up and problem solving skills and should be results oriented to deliver the customers expectations.

Responsibilities
Answer phone or email enquiries from customers
Manage, maintain and update customer relationship management portal
Communicate with internal teams to improve 8Minutes customer experience
Provide Tier-1 technical support
Handle escalated customer inquiries including follow up and all communication
Answer questions regarding system performance, maintenance and billing
Efficiently manage & track communication flow between 8Minutes and the customers
