* **Security Deposit:** 5% of total order value (in DD/RTGS/Bank Guarantee).
* **LD Clause:** 0.5% per week delay, max 10% of contract value.
* **Disqualification:** Vendors defaulting with IREL in last 1 year not considered.
* **Termination Rights:** Buyer can cancel in case of non-performance, delay, or misrepresentation.
