XI’AN, China : LONGi has announced a new world conversion efficiency record of 26.5% for its silicon heterojunction (HJT) photovoltaic cells. This record was verified through testing. carried out by the Solar Energy Research Institute of Hamelin (ISFH) of Germany; was achieved on full-size M6 (274.4 cm2) monocrystalline silicon wafers, marking a new breakthrough in the efficiency of large monocrystalline silicon photovoltaic cells.
