# **3. Pricing**
* **Unit Rate:** ₹ 50,000 per kWp
* **All rates must be **inclusive of GST and all taxes**.
* Bidder is responsible for GST deposition.

# **4. Eligibility Criteria**
## **A. Financial Eligibility**
Tenderer must have **minimum average annual contractual turnover** of:
* **V/N crores or V crores, whichever is less**, where:
* **V = advertised value (₹ 3.44 crore)**
* **N = completion period in years (0.5 years)**
Turnover must be based on audited balance sheets of last **3 years** (or 4th year if latest is not audited).

## **B. Technical Eligibility**
Tenderer must have completed or substantially completed one of the following in last 7 years:
1. **Three similar works** each ≥ **30%** of tender value
2. **Two similar works** each ≥ **40%**
3. **One similar work** ≥ **60%**
### **Definition of “Similar Work”:**
Successful completion of **Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Solar PV power generating systems** of at least **20% of tendered capacity**, executed for:
* Central Government
* State Government
* PSU
* OR a **public listed company** with turnover ≥ ₹ **500 crore** (listed for ≥5 years)
> **Private individual experience not accepted.**
### **Additional requirements for experience from listed company:**
* Work order copy
* BOQ
* Payment details certified by CA
* TDS certificates
* Final bill copy

# **5. Key Compliance Requirements**
* All major components must be **inspected by RITES prior to supply**, including:
* PV modules
* Inverters
* Bidirectional meters
* Mounting structures
* Junction boxes
* Cables, LA, earthing, etc.
* **All components must be manufactured in India** (Make in India compliance).
* Mandatory self-certification regarding:
* No blacklisting
* No misleading information
* Compliance with border-sharing country restrictions
* Accuracy of submitted documents

# **6. Payment Options**
For tenders ≥ ₹10 lakh, contractor may opt for **Letter of Credit (LC)** payment mechanism via IREPS (at bidding stage only).
If opted, LC terms will apply, including:
* LC charges @ 0.15% borne by contractor
* SBI as nodal bank
* Digital Document of Authorization for payments
