#### **To the Petitioner (PGCIL)**:
Submit the following **additional information on affidavit** within two weeks:
1. **Breakup of ₹2104.13 lakh** claimed under switchgear (including structures and contingency).
2. **Justify the shutdown application** submitted on **7.7.2023**, four months after NOA dated 1.3.2023, especially in the context of **temporary bypass work** under original scope.
3. Explain why **GIS equipment (CBs, Isolators)** was installed instead of the **originally scoped AIS equipment** and confirm whether GIS was included in original scope.
4. Justify **non-inclusion of the expenditure under ACE** in the original petition (in which tariff was already approved).
5. Submit a **copy of the original Petition** in which tariff for the original 400kV Kankroli-Bhinmal-Zerda line at Bhinmal was approved.
6. Provide a **detailed cost comparison**: awarded vs. completed cost.
7. Furnish an **activity-wise time delay analysis** in the following format:
