#### **To the Petitioner (PGCIL):**
Submit the following **on affidavit within two weeks**, with copies to the respondents:
1. **Clarify the basis** for the **treatment of unrecovered depreciation**.
2. **Justify the submission of fresh tariff forms** for **Additional Capital Expenditure (ACE)** incurred during 2019–24.
3. Resolve **discrepancy in capital cost claims**:
* In Petition No. **264/TT/2025**, PGCIL claimed **₹16,333.62 lakh** for reconductoring works.
* In compliance with Petition No. **94/TT/2024**, it claimed only **₹14,454.81 lakh** in the current petition.
* Provide explanation for the difference.
4. **Justify timing mismatch**:
* ACE has been claimed from **FY 2023–24**, but **de-capitalisation** from **FY 2024–25**.
* Explain the logic of ACE before asset was put to use.
5. Provide the **original date of de-capitalisation** of the asset.
