## **2. Proceedings on 20 November 2025**

### **PGCIL’s submission**

PGCIL informed the Commission that:

* It was **unable to file the amended petition** as directed earlier by the RoP dated **26 August 2025**.
* They requested **two more weeks** to file the amended petition.

PGCIL was represented by multiple officials, indicating the importance of the matter.

## **3. Commission’s Directions**

Accepting PGCIL’s request, the Commission issued the following directions:

### **(a) Filing of Amended Petition**

PGCIL must file the **amended petition within two weeks**, and also provide:

* An **advance copy to all respondents**.

### **(b) Issue of Notice**

The Commission directed that **notice be issued to the respondents** once the amended petition is filed.

### **(c) Replies and Rejoinders**

Respondents must:

* File their **replies within two weeks** of receiving the amended petition
* Send an advance copy to PGCIL

PGCIL may file a **rejoinder within one week** thereafter.

## **4. Next Date of Hearing**

The Commission scheduled the next hearing of the petition for:
