### **2. Proceedings**
* **In Petition 189/TT/2025:**
* PGCIL submitted that, in view of Commission’s earlier order (94/TT/2024, dated 25.10.2024), re-conductoring works must be claimed as Additional Capitalisation under the original project.
* Therefore, they sought amendment to include re-conductoring of Asset-1(i) (LILO of both circuits of 400 kV D/c Rourkela–Raigarh 2nd line with 4 × 400 kV bays at Jharsuguda GIS).
* **In Petition 378/TT/2025:**
* PGCIL sought amendment to include Additional Capitalisation and corresponding de-capitalisation related to SCADA upgradation at Ballia & Bhiwadi HVDC stations.
