1. **Investment Approval (IA)** and supporting documents for the approved project cost of **₹1071 lakh**.
2. **Clarification** on variations in claimed Additional Capital Expenditure (ACE) for FY 2024–25 and 2025–26.
3. **Financial year-wise details** of projected ACE for the period 2024–2029.
4. **Liability Flow Statement** for the tariff period 2024–2029.
5. **Copies of Forms 12 and 13**.
6. **Legible copies of Forms 2, 5, 5-A, and 7**.
7. **Legible copies of Notional Interest During Construction (IDC) or IDC statement**.
8. **Copy of Income Tax Return (ITR) or Assessment Order** supporting the claimed tax rate of **25.168%**.
