* Petitioner’s counsel (**Purusharth Singh** and team) did **not object** to the adjournment but requested **status quo** on connectivity and assurance against coercive steps (like forfeiture of Bank Guarantee).
* Petitioner also committed to **extend the Bank Guarantee**.
