* Construction of associated **220 kV sectionalizer, bus coupler, and transfer bus coupler bays**.
* Implementation through POWERGRID subsidiary under RTM mode.

2. **RE Integration Works (₹18.54 crore)**

* Development of **3×220 kV line bays** at Bikaner-IV PS:

* 1 bay for **Furies Solren Pvt. Ltd. (300 MW)**
* 2 bays for **SJVN Green Energy Ltd. (500 MW)**
* To facilitate renewable power injection into the inter-state transmission system (ISTS).

* CERC reviewed submissions, CTUIL recommendations, and the **public consultation process** (notices published in *Hindustan Times* and *Jansatta* on 4 Oct 2025).
* **No objections** received from the public.
* CTUIL recommended licence approval (letter dated 4 Jul 2025).
* CERC found POWERGRID Bikaner IV Transmission Ltd. **eligible** for a separate RTM licence.
* Minor issue noted: **3-month mismatch** between bay readiness (Nov 2026) and connectivity date (Feb 2027) for Furies Solren project. The Commission allowed flexibility for alignment.

1. **Licence Duration:** 25 years from issue date.
