### 2. Licensing Process
– The application was filed under **Sections 14 and 15 of the Electricity Act, 2003**, read with the **CERC (Procedure, Terms and Conditions for Grant of Transmission Licence and other related matters) Regulations, 2024**.
– **REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited (RECPDCL)** acted as the Bid Process Coordinator (BPC) under the Ministry of Power’s guidelines.
– The Commission, in its **prima facie order dated March 6, 2026**, found that the Petitioner met the conditions for a licence and directed the publication of a public notice.

### 3. Public Notice and Hearing
– **Public notice** was published on **March 12, 2026**, in *Hindustan Times* (English) and *Amar Ujala* (Hindi).
– **No objections or suggestions** were received from the public.
– A hearing was held on **March 18, 2026**, where the Petitioner confirmed no objections were received.
– **Central Transmission Utility of India Limited (CTUIL)** had already recommended grant of the licence in its letter dated **November 4, 2025**.

### 4. Decision and Conditions of Licence
