|Associate General Manager Solar Tendering – 003CIQ
As Sr. Manager / Manager – Tendering & Commercial, the incumbent would also be responsible for carrying out activities in Tendering, project costing and opportunity reviews as detailed below:
o Tendering & Business development activities in Solar Business.
o Need expertise in bidding for large Solar / Electrical balance of plant opportunities including switchyards.
Understanding market developments & co-ordinating with sales team to grab the upcoming new projects related to Solar power plants.
o Meeting customers / consultants, understanding the requirements and preparing an optimum & cost effective solution to cater their needs.
o Market price analysis, Win-Loss analysis, maintaining and updating price database and sharing the ROE with team members.
o Review of tender T&Cs, Risk assessment & analysis and cost estimations.
o Effectively manage Schneider Electric internal processes.
Business understanding (market knowledge in area of work, intl. exposure & awareness)
Ø Solar EPC projects, Switchyard Projects, Electrical distribution projects
Ø Segment knowledge preferably Solar PV Power plants with AC+DC side works.
Ø Business & Project Development
Ø Turnkey Contracts
Ø Contract handling.
Ø Sound knowledge and understanding of electrical concepts & solutions.
Ø Finance Knowledge (Risk Analysis/ Cash Flow analysis & Contract Management)
Education / Experience
BE / B.Tech. (Electrical)
13 to 16 years of experience in Tendering & Business development activities of Turnkey Solar / Electrical distribution / Switchyard Projects
