Job Description :
-Experience in Solar Industry Preferred. Developing and driving forward Solgen’s marketing and sales plan & drive sales force in the

specified geographical area.

– Developing Marketing and Sales strategies for particular region with distinct focus on

Corporate/ Institutional customers and Domestic customers.

-Developing Channel Partners and building the Solgen brand in the solar business.

-Identify market potential, Competitor analysis and segmentation.

– Business Development

– Achievement of budgeted sales targets

-Proactive liaisoning and Conceptual Presentation with Customer’s Engineering Departments

– Strong networking and liaisoning.

– Ensure Quality of Service

– Preparation of Customer briefs and evaluation of proposals

– Analysis and interpretation of quantitative and qualitative data

– Development and execution of Marketing and Promotional plans.

– Ensuring adherence to the payment / collection schedule and controlling outstandings.

– Leading ,training and motivating the Sales Team in the Region to achieve Sale budget.

– Periodic sales review, MIS reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹40,000.00 /month

Required experience:

Sales in Solar Industry: 7 years
