### **1. Project Details**

### **2. Eligibility Criteria**
* **Empaneled Vendors:**
* Already empaneled under EOI No. *SJVN/RTS/2024-25/Rooftop Solar-1 (18.07.2024)* – deemed qualified on general & technical grounds.
* Only **financial eligibility** will be evaluated.
* If empaneled under relaxed states (HP, J\&K, NE, islands etc.), they must meet **full eligibility** for Southern/Eastern tenders.
* **Non-Empaneled Vendors:**
* Must be a registered **Company** (not LLP alone).
* Consortium/JV allowed (lead member must be a company).
* Technical:
* Experience in commissioning grid-connected rooftop/ground/floating solar projects.
* At least **one project ≥100 kWp** operational for ≥6 months before RfS date.
* Installations below **10 kWp not considered**.

### **3. Financial Requirements**
* For non-empaneled vendors (as per Section IV):
* **Average Annual Turnover (AATO):** Specific threshold linked to bid capacity (details in tender doc).
* **Net Worth:** Positive, minimum threshold specified.
* **Working Capital:** Must demonstrate adequacy via audited financials.
* Empaneled vendors: only financial eligibility applicable.

### **4. Bid Submission**
* **Mode:** Online via **ISN-ETS portal**, with supporting hard copies offline.
* **Deadline:** As per RfS (exact date to be checked on portal).
* **Late bids:** Rejected (both online & offline).
* **Clarifications/Addenda:** Issued through ISN-ETS.
