In Detail : WattPower has signed a strategic partnership with Solarium Green Energy to expand solar energy deployment across Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra. This collaboration focuses primarily on enhancing rural electrification and supporting agricultural communities with sustainable power solutions.
Under this agreement, Solarium Green Energy will act as WattPower’s Value Added Partner (VAP), taking charge of on-ground implementation and local outreach. Their role will include deploying modular, high-efficiency solar systems tailored to meet the specific needs of rural users.
The initiative will be carried out under the guidelines of the government’s KUSUM scheme, which aims to increase solar power usage among farmers by supporting the installation of solar pumps and decentralized systems. This scheme is seen as a key step in reducing farmers’ dependence on conventional power sources.
