### **Objective**
The Embassy of India, Yangon, invites **Technical and Financial Bids** from authorised, experienced, and financially sound vendors for **design, supply, installation, and commissioning of a 50 KW Solar Power Supply System** in Yangon.

### **Bid Submission Requirements**
* Technical and Financial Bids must be submitted **separately** in sealed envelopes with proper labels.
* Submission is only via physical delivery to the **Head of Chancery, Embassy of India, Yangon**.
* Bids via email or fax will not be accepted.
* **EMD (Earnest Money Deposit):** USD 1,500 via bank guarantee or cash, valid for 180 days, to be attached with the Technical Bid.
* Performance Security: 5% of the contract value, valid up to 60 days beyond the contract period.

### **Scope of Work**
* Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of the **50 KW solar system** including:
* **Solar panels (Mono-crystalline PV modules)**
* **Solar inverter**
* **LiFePO4 battery bank**
* Mounting structures, AC/DC cables, earthing, lightning protection, distribution panels
* Five-year warranty (or OEM warranty, whichever is longer)
* Training of Embassy staff for operation and maintenance
* Provision of operation and maintenance manuals

### **Technical Requirements** (Annexure I – Key Specs)
* **PV Modules:**
* Class II protection, Fire Type Class C, 450–600 W, efficiency > 20%
* **Inverter:**
* Max PV input 80 KW, input voltage up to 1000 V, 50 KW rated output, Ethernet/Wi-Fi/LAN enabled
* **Battery Bank:**
* High-voltage lithium-ion, > 500 V DC, > 50 kWh capacity, > 90% DoD, > 6,000 cycles
* Accessories and cables with IP68 rating
* Installation to meet tropical climate conditions (-10 °C to +65 °C, 90–150% humidity)

### **Tender Conditions**
* Completion within **3 months** of Purchase Order.
* Site inspection and demonstration required before acceptance.
* Payment only after successful installation, testing, and commissioning.
* Vendor must have executed similar projects in the last three years.
* Non-Disclosure Agreement required.
* Force Majeure and Liquidated Damages clauses apply (0.5% per week delay, max 10%).

### **Evaluation Process**
1. Technical Bid evaluation.
2. Financial Bid opening only for technically qualified vendors.
3. Contract awarded to the **lowest evaluated bidder** meeting all requirements.

### **Annexure II – Financial Bid**
Vendors to provide:
* Unit price and total price for each item (PV modules, inverter, battery, accessories, services, and any other items) in USD.
* Inclusive of all costs (travel, shipping, admin).
* No conditional bids allowed.
