* **Implementation Timeframe:** 21 months from CTUIL OM (20.10.2026 deadline).

* **MUML submissions:** Already an ISTS licensee (for WRSS-XIX & NERSS-IX, under BOOM basis, TBCB route).
* **CTUIL:** Assigned this scheme via OM dated 20.01.2025; supported grant of RTM licence.
* **Public Notice:** Issued (25.07.2025, ToI & Hindustan); **no objections** received.
* **Hearing:** 07.08.2025; petitioner reiterated eligibility; order reserved.

* MUML **satisfies conditions** under Section 15 of EA 2003 & CERC (Transmission Licence) Regs 2024.
* CTUIL recommendation considered.
* No public objections → no impediment.

* **Transmission Licence Granted** to MUML (RTM mode) for 25 years (from issue date).
* **Conditions:**
* Must comply with 2024 Licence Regulations, Grid Code, CEA Standards.
* Pay licence fee as per CERC (Fees) Regs, 2012.
* Provide non-discriminatory open access.
* Not allowed to trade electricity.
* Submit reports, comply with CTUIL/CEA monitoring.
* Apply 2 years before expiry for renewal.
